Aduana Stars host confident AS Vita Club

Aduana Stars and AS Vita Club will clash in CAF Confederation Cup Group A match at the Agyeman Badu Stadium in Ghana on Wednesday.

Kick-off 15h00 CAT.

The Aduana Ogya are heading into the game placed fourth on the group standings having accumulated one point from their first two matches.

The Ghana side managed to hold Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca to a 3-3 stalemate in an encounter which was played at the Agyeman Badu Stadium two months ago.

Stars lost 1-0 to Ivorian giants ASEC Mimosas at the Stade Félix Houphouët-Boigny in their first group game.

Meanwhile, Vita are sitting at the top of Group A standings having accumulated four points from two games.

The Dolphins thrashed Ivorian giants ASEC Mimosas 3-1 in a match which was played at the Stade des Martyrs in Kinshasa last May.

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) champions drew 0-0 with Moroccan side Raja at the Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca in their first group game.

Algerian match referee Mehdi Abid Charef will take charge of the game between Stars and Vita.

The other Group A game between Mimosas and Raja will take place at the Stade Félix Houphouët-Boigny on Wednesday at 18h00 CAT.
